Union of Community Development Volunteers (UCDV) is a dully registered Non Governmental Organization – not for profit making founded in 2004 by Eddy Mutebi who saw the urgency in providing clean drinking water to the community, teach how to maintain proper hygien and sanitation , create awareness of HIV/AIDS and taking good care of children orphaned by HIV/AIDS in the community.

UCDV promotes voluntarism for sustainable development and it doesn’t discriminate against any one because of race, colour, tribe, national origin, , gender, disability, political affiliation, or marital status.
